New Colors and Design

Last month I started multimedia design and communication studies in Aarhus business academy (Denmark) and I was really busy but happy happy about everything! Even thought not everything in my life is simple and in order, I couldn't live differently - I need some drama! And maybe I'm a bit overexcited about all new things but I really enjoyed the last month.

So today at school I decided to play a bit with blogger's template html and make some changes in my blog. Mostly it's just a cosmetic change (hey, I'm still a beginner at this!). We had some classes about color theory and I really like my new color palette. Still have some doubts if it's not too girlish??? Ah.. Anyway, now I could change it whatever I want since every week my skills at html and everything else will improve (I promise to myself not to skip classes!).

Oh, one of our assignments is to create a web page about recipes so in a very near future it will be a part of all my blogs and other communicating with people places. My concept at the moment - to have a cute little web site with my recipes and pictures of them, all photographed by me, plus some tips and tricks for healthy diet & faster metabolism I found while searching for healthy habits I could adopt until spring so I could be ready for bikini season without too much effort (^.^)

Book List : Arib - Queen of the Silk Road

I loved it. Historical novel about woman's strength and independence in a world where men rule everything. About the art to love and hate.

"With rich and evocative imagery, Agnes Imhof tells the true story of the woman who conquered the hearts of the most powerful caliphs with the arts of music and seduction. She transports the reader to a sensuous world replete with luxury and debauchery intrigue and hatred."

Though for my personal taste "Dina's Book" (by Herbjørg Wassmo) still remains best. What's your favorite?

Sadly, this book is not yet translated to English but if you are from Spain, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Serbia - I recommend it for everyone's library.

Dragon Year, Birthday and Lots of Optimism

It's all good! We all have our moments and it's up to us if they change us or not. And if these moments aren't always as nice, smart or whatever.., it's New Years babes! New starts! And dragon brings a lot of energy on the table, 'strength to move mountains and spirit to take on the world' :)

I loved New Years Eve, I loved the party and it's spirit, the cake I got for my birthday, and flowers, and I gonna love the new book I got (yes, there is still some people actually enjoying reading books ;D ). Did I mentioned shopping? Looks like a great week and it's not over yet!

But there is one little problem, where is the SNOW? As far as I know, in winter it should be cold and a lot of snow, not raining! Well.. will see. Maybe later I will be weeping about too prolonged winter ^^

Sometimes I am surprised how fast my music taste changes. And it happens so flawless that one day you just suddenly understand that you need to create the whole new playlist because old one doesn't work anymore. Most people I know have their preferable style and sticks to it. What about you?

Autumn Time and Safe Places

It's my 3rd autumn far away from home. And you know what?
I think I finally starting to find myself. I am a bit jealous of those people who know what they want and how to do that. Somehow it feels as a safe place, and I haven't felt safe for a long time. Don't know about others but for me autumn is time to think and plan, prepare and act. But...
I might know what I want, but I have no idea how to do that. Hanging somewhere in between dreams and reality. I think I spend a lot of time like this. Dreaming my reality.

Comforting music behind the wall

Hello my friends,
I know, I know this place looks a bit abandoned but, to say the truth, I have no idea what to write to intrigue.

In this era of Have-seen-it-all and Have-heard-it-all.
And now I'm sitting in my room, listening to comforting (also rather strange) music my neighbors enjoys, thinking if it's dark enough to go for a run (I do not find running cute even though it makes me feel great) and uploading a selfportrait which I made last week.
Incomplete.
That exact feeling when you know that something is missing but you pretend you don't. You enjoy it. There is still long road waiting for you. And that's great.
Go for a run, listen Rolling In The Deep, have a cigarette, glass of whiskey. I did it. It's great.
